Shipping policy
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We process all in-stock orders as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 48 hours to ship. If you place an order after 1pm CET on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or due to bad weather.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once your order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This includes changes to the shipping address. If there's an issue, please contact us when you receive your order, and we'll help with a return or another solution.
WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?
We ship orders using UPS, DPD, or Austrian Post, depending on the fastest option for your address. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, which may take up to 24 hours to update.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
After your order leaves our fulfillment center, you'll get a shipping confirmation email that lets you track your package. If you don't receive this email (check your spam/junk/promotions folders), please contact us. Note that tracking can take up to 8 hours to become available.
I CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE.
If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, please email us right away so we can help. Reports of missing packages must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please do not file a claim yourself, as this can complicate the process and affect our ability to resolve the issue.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR BROKEN?
If your item is damaged, please email us within 2 weeks of receiving it. Include a photo of the damage and a description. We aim to be environmentally conscious, so we only send replacements if the product is unusable.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SOMETHING IS MISSING?
If there's an issue with your order, contact us with your order number, and we'll make sure you receive the correct items.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Orders over 80.00 EUR ship for free. Orders under 80.00 EUR will have shipping charges based on your location and the carrier used (DPD, UPS, or Austrian Post).
WHERE DO YOU SHIP? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship all across Europe. In Vienna, we offer same-day express delivery if the items are in stock.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, and EPS.
